Your Rights & Responsibilities

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context requires otherwise:

• "bet9a," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operators of the bet9a platform and all associated services accessible at bet9a.bio.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the bet9a platform in any capacity.
• "Platform" refers to the bet9a website, mobile application, and all related services, including casino games, sports betting, slots, and payment facilities.
• "Account" refers to the registered player account created by an individual on the bet9a platform following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" refers to the total PKR funds held in a player's bet9a wallet at any given time, including real-money funds and qualifying bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, free bets, free spins, or other incentives awarded by bet9a under a specific promotional offer, subject to associated wagering requirements.
• "KYC" refers to the Know Your Customer identity verification process, which is a regulatory and operational requirement for account withdrawals and certain other account actions on bet9a.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the minimum amount a player must bet (typically expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount) before any bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on bet9a, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. bet9a enforces a minimum age of 21 years and will request government-issued documentation to verify this during the KYC process.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal constructs are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must not be excluded from gambling activities by any self-exclusion agreement, court order, or regulatory restriction in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another individual. All accounts must be registered in the true name of the account holder and used exclusively by that individual.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not hold any other active account on the bet9a platform, whether registered under your own name or any alias.

When registering an account on bet9a, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You agree to notify bet9a promptly of any changes to your registration details. bet9a reserves the right to suspend or close any account where registration information is found to be inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. bet9a will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

• Do not share your bet9a password with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when accessing bet9a from a shared or public device.
• Notify bet9a support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• bet9a will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

bet9a reserves the right to conduct additional identity verification at any point during the account lifecycle, not only during initial registration or withdrawal requests. Failure to complete requested verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account suspension.

All financial transactions on the bet9a platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bet9a does not charge currency conversion fees as the platform operates natively in PKR. The following payment methods are supported:

Deposits made using bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. bet9a reserves the right to reverse deposits suspected to be made for purposes other than genuine gaming activity.

bet9a offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion. The following general bonus terms apply across all bet9a promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to registered players who have completed the registration process and, where specified, made a qualifying deposit.
• Wagering requirements must be fulfilled in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn from the bet9a platform.
• Different game types may contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, including live Sic Bo, may contribute at a lower rate as specified per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus that has not been fully wagered within the stated expiry window will be automatically removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings.
• bet9a reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice.
• Players found to be abusing promotional offers through the use of duplicate accounts, systematic low-risk wagering strategies, or any other method determined to circumvent the spirit of a promotion will have bonus funds and associated winnings forfeited.
• bet9a promotions are intended for recreational players. Players identified as bonus hunters or professional advantage players may be excluded from specific or all promotions at bet9a's sole discretion.

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity conducted through bet9a, including cricket, football, UFC, and all other sports markets offered on the platform:

• Bets can only be placed when sufficient funds are available in the player's bet9a wallet. bet9a does not extend credit to players.
• Once a bet has been accepted and confirmed by the bet9a system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player, except where a specific "Cash Out" or "Edit Bet" feature is available and activated.
• bet9a reserves the right to void any bet where the odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error, where the market was settled incorrectly, or where the bet was placed following the conclusion of the relevant event.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or suspended before completion, applicable bets will be settled in accordance with the specific rules for the relevant sport, which are available in the Sports Betting Rules section of the bet9a platform.
• bet9a sets maximum bet limits per market. These limits may vary by sport, competition, and market type. Attempting to exceed these limits through the use of multiple accounts is a prohibited activity.
• Winnings from in-play betting are subject to additional verification where bet9a determines that a bet was placed after the relevant event or market outcome was already determined.

All casino games available on the bet9a platform — including live Sic Bo, live Baccarat, live Roulette, slots, and fish shooting games — are provided by certified third-party software suppliers whose Random Number Generators (RNGs) are independently audited and certified for fairness and randomness.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are disclosed within the game information panel. bet9a does not alter RTP settings from the default configurations certified by the game providers.

• Live casino games are operated in real time by human dealers. Game outcomes are determined by physical events (card draws, dice rolls, roulette wheel spins) rather than software algorithms.
• In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, bet9a's system will attempt to complete the round according to the last confirmed player action. If the game cannot be completed, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet.
• Players may not use any external software, device, or strategy that provides an automated or unfair advantage in casino games. This includes — but is not limited to — auto-clickers, bots, and card-counting software.
• bet9a reserves the right to void winnings where a game error, software malfunction, or incorrect odds display is identified, regardless of whether the error was apparent at the time of play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bet9a platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referral to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with bet9a.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating or operating more than one account, whether in your own name or under any other identity.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live table games.
• Match Fixing: Betting on events where you have prior knowledge of a pre-determined outcome or are participating in any scheme to influence the outcome of an event.
• Money Laundering: Using the bet9a platform to deposit, layer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity, or for any purpose other than legitimate recreational gambling.
• Automated Betting: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets or interact with bet9a games.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals through your bank or payment provider after funds have been used for gambling activity on bet9a.
• Harassment: Abusing, threatening, or harassing bet9a staff or other players through any communication channel.

bet9a is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment for all Pakistani players. We provide the following tools — accessible directly from your account settings — to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Limits take effect immediately and can be decreased at any time. Increases to deposit limits require a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic reminders that alert you after a set duration of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend betting activity for a period of your choosing (1, 7, 14, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the bet9a platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irreversible for the duration of the selected exclusion period.
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications about time spent gambling and net win/loss position during each session.

All content on the bet9a platform — including but not limited to the bet9a brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bet9a or its licensed content providers. This content is protected by applicable international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the bet9a platform for personal recreational gambling purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any bet9a content without prior written consent.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from any bet9a software.
• Creating derivative works based on the bet9a platform, brand, or any associated game content.
• Using bet9a's brand name, logo, or other intellectual property in any commercial or promotional context without express written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet9a shall not be liable to any player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the bet9a platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings resulting from gambling activity on bet9a.
• Interruptions to the platform due to technical maintenance, server outages, or third-party service provider failures.
• Losses arising from a player's failure to comply with these Terms & Conditions.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's failure to maintain account security.
• Inaccuracies in odds or market information where such inaccuracies result from third-party data provider errors.

bet9a's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bet9a reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of bonus abuse or systematic exploitation of promotional offers.
• Where continued operation of the account would expose bet9a to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
• Player-initiated self-exclusion request.

Where an account is closed due to a player's breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach. Where an account is closed for operational reasons unrelated to player misconduct, the verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may contact bet9a support at any time. Voluntary account closures will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of closure will be settled normally and the resulting balance returned to the player.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from or connected with the bet9a platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bet9a holds its international gaming licence. The applicable regulatory framework is determined by the licence issuing authority, details of which are available upon request from bet9a support.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall first be referred to bet9a's internal dispute resolution process. If a satisfactory resolution is not reached within 30 days of formal submission, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution.
